Returns and exchanges

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or faulty. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.
